I don't know about you, but I'm ready to hit the polls and cast my vote for President Barack Obama right now.  Did you see the latest contumelious video of Mitt Romney, in a private fundraiser with wealthy donors not knowing he was being recorded, professing his unmitigated disgust for 'the 47 percent Obama voters'?  If you've only seen a few excerpts, you really should watch the entire 2 part video, this dude is one self righteous racist moron!  To add insult to injury, his wife, Amy, had the chutzpah to get on television and say his comments 'were taken out of context'.  So, I guess Amy is telling us we really didn't see what we thought we saw or hear what we thought we heard!  Ummm...Amy, I'ma need you to go ride your dancing horse or sit in a corner someplace and be quiet, okay.

Here's some of the repugnant rhetoric Mitt Romney unleashed behind closed doors:
"[The 47 percent are people] “who are dependent upon government, who believe they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to take care of them, who believe they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you name it. That that's an entitlement. And the government should give it to them.”

"My job is is not to worry about those people. I'll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives."

A lot of folks have interpreted 'the 47 percent' he refers to as pertaining to the poor only.  Specifically, those on welfare who are able to work, the so called welfare kings and queens.  Not so!  Romney has expanded the Republican's long-standing caricature of lazy welfare recipients to include millions of Americans who vote Democratic and of every political party as well.   It includes the elderly, children, poor, disabled, veterans and college students to name a few.  If you have, or will ever, receive government benefits or assistance of any kind, he's talking about you - even if you've paid into these services.  For example:
  • seniors receiving medicare
  • anyone receiving any form of social security income, including retirement benefits
  • disabled or elderly seniors receiving medicaid - for nursing home care
  • disabled children receiving medicaid
  • anyone receiving welfare and/or food stamps
  • students receiving financial aid for college
  • working poor or low income families who don't pay federal income tax
  • veterans receiving veteran benefits
  • the handicapped and disabled of all ages
  • the newly unemployed
  • those receiving the child tax credit and/or earned income tax credit
You may not consider yourself part of  'the 47 percent' at the moment, but one day you could be.  I've paid income taxes for thirty seven years to support government programs and expect to be able to receive applicable benefits if the need ever arises.  After all, I paid into these services so it's an earned right.

It was always obvious, but now we've heard it from Romney's own foul mouth.  This $250M millionaire, who avoids paying taxes himself with Swiss bank accounts and Cayman Island investments, has no empathy towards average Americans.  If elected president, he will ignore 'the 47 percent' he considers to be 'Obama voters'.  In other words, he won't be president for 100 percent of the country.  He'll be committed to helping the rich get richer and to hell with everyone else.  This in spite of the fact that his own father received welfare for a period of time.  Apparently, Romney has forgotten his father wouldn't have been able to pursue his fortune had he not been able to support his family using government welfare benefits during bad times, huh.

Folks, I can't...I just can't.  I've had enough of this clueless, flip-flopping, lying simpleton - Mitt Romney.  He's a spineless, sneaky, greedy, humanoid who has consistently demonstrated he'll say anything (and I do mean anything) to appease the audience of the moment, his base and the sugar daddies financing his campaign.

We have to support President Barack Obama and vote for the democratic candidates running for congress, that will support his agenda, as well.  I'm fired-up and ready to vote right now!  What about you?  Tell me how you're feeling in the comment box below.
